Chanda Chann is Associate Broker at Triumph Realty and Navy spouse. Chanda offers more than 20 years in sales, leasing and property management of commercial use properties. Her on the job experience includes working with retail, office and industrial properties. She added residential sales in 2018, and currently has a hybrid team to assist clients on all aspects of their real estate needs.

Chanda has managed a commercial real estate portfolio of over 3 million square feet as a third party property manager, onsite property manager and leasing. She has gained her industry skills and knowledge during her tenure at some of the top performing commercial real estate firms and continued education. She has worked at CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, The Muller Company, The Staubach Company and American Life, Inc. just to name a few.

She is passionate about helping small business owners and the community learn more about commercial transactions. In addition to client services, Chanda is also on the Board of Directors for CCIM MidAtlantic Chapter (CCIM), Board Member at Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) and a student ambassador-alumni for American Military University.
