I work in a profession where customer service is of the highest priority so there are certain things that I expect when someone is providing me with a service and Chanda exceeded the expectations! She was highly effective in every area as I indicated above. She knows her job and does it well. Selling my home was a hard decision to make and also a little stressful but Chanda made me feel comfortable, and relaxed through the whole process. She kept me informed about what was going on, she kept in contact with me, and I was able to contact her when I needed to to. Ex: After the house sold the alarm company had not disconnected the alarm at the house and it went off. Chanda was away on vacation yet she called me and was talking with the buyer trying to get the issue resolved this is what I mean when I say she exceeded expectations in the service she provided. She was away on vacation and everything was done it was not her responsibility to help handle the situation but she did and she did it with a smile! Through the whole process she was not invasive or pushy, she listened to me and then provided her opinions and suggestions. Most of all I felt like she really cared about me, she really wanted to do everything she could to help my home to sell quickly and it wasn’t just about the money!
